With the New Year (and new decade!?) here, I know many of us love to set New Years goals and/or resolutions. But do you actually stick to them? Or do they end up causing you stress and anxiety because if you do not accomplish all of them within the first week you feel defeated? Because SAME! The goals we often set for ourselves are actually just "wishes." We write them down and hope they come true.
