In this episode, I chat about the concept of discipline vs motivation and how it is a concept that has taken me so much longer to figure out than I would have expected or liked. Often I find myself excited to start new journeys and to work hard, but I also find myself struggling to maintain that excitement and motivation to keep working hard throughout the entire journey. It has not been until this new season of my life between parenting, starting new companies, wanting to maintain my health and fitness journey, and slowly chipping away at the life goals, that I am recognizing there is actually very little time that we find ourselves fully encompassed with motivation.
