To date, Dean has spoken at over three thousand five hundred schools, sharing his message of hope with millions of teenagers. Dean has also authored twenty-eight books for teens and their families.

The connection Dean has with young people continues to ignite a conversation encompassing this truth: YOU MATTER. And because you matter, you were created to fulfill a purpose and your life has meaning.
Together with his wife, Lori, the Sikes family make their home in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
