In this video I will tell you all about the Oxygen Cylinder Scam that took place during Delhi's deadly second wave. During the pandemic many Delhiites were scrambling for oxygen cylinders. A whopping percentage of them fell prey to the cylinder scam . We spoke to one of my friends who happened to be a victim.
