We talk about her upbringing in Green Bay, WI, an early life with horses, formative years in New York City playing music and working at CBGB's, her brief stint as a Scientologist, getting sober, finding yoga, hanging out with Buddhist monks in Ladakh, India, coming to terms with divisions in the Kundalini Yoga community, navigating societal polarization, cultivating Divine Feminine power and paving the way for her next path.
