Listen "In Between Identities, Racial Trauma & Relationships with guest Therapist Raina LaGrand"
Episode Synopsis
Raina LaGrand (she/her) is a somatic therapist, coach and speaker/facilitator specializing in racial identity, trauma, relationships and embodiment. Her work is guided by a deep belief that the relationships we choose are opportunities to practice new behaviors and values that weren't available to us in our families of origin. In her practice, she primarily helps mixed race adults find peace in their identity and build relationships where they feel emotionally connected. She also works with interracial couples and people of all identities when her schedule allows.
