How comfortable are you at saying the following words: 'I don't know?'
It is so hard for so many of us to utter those words. For some, it's a matter of feeling tarnished by not knowing something. For others, it's a sense of diminished intellectual capacity. It can sometimes be brutal to say it out loud. I imagine we've all been there.
That said, most (if not all) of us, can acknowledge that we do not know everything, nor that anyone thinks that we do. Yet still, we struggle with it.
Why can't we say it?
Why must we learn to do so?
How can we go about beginning to say these 3 words?
