On today’s episode, I speak to Russell Julius, Chief of Strategy and Growth at African Reach Group, about why it is important to focus on the journey instead of obsessing about the destination. Russell strives to impact and empower others through his ventures, as this is the cornerstone of what he calls the Kingdom Principles.

Being a gifted student, Russell would achieve excellent grades without much effort, until his home life turned upside down and this led to adverse effects on his academic performance. But through this all, Russell learned the importance of adapting to change and developing a relentless work ethic, which still serves him today.
In this episode we look at his journey in entrepreneurship and how the events in his life, both good and bad, has been preparing him for a life of service and impact.
