PLUS, the first day of Hanukah (the first night this year was yesterday, December 25th) lines up with the first day of Kwanzaa. Kwanzaa, the newest holiday of the bunch, is a week-long celebration of African-American history, culture, and community, established in 1966. Regardless of the name of the holiday you may celebrate, all of these and many more of the more than a dozen winter holidays focus on cherishing peace and love amongst humans.



Turning to less joyful news, President-elect Trump has a long list for his Day 1 priorirites. And a large majority of Americans are so exhausted by all this crap that they've tuned out.
