Listen "Doing What We Love, Having a Purpose can Raise our Resilience"
Episode Synopsis
I have made choices so that I could do what I love to do. When I was young, I wanted to be a professional flutist. My parents supported me in this desire and that is what I did. My soul was comforted, my mind and heart and body fully engaged in music. My hope is that parents will encourage their children to follow their calling so they can live without regrets. So they can live without that nagging feeling of "I wish I had" but rather I am so glad I did. And, oh by the way...the, "I am so glad" life will be pointing us towards resilience. This is Choosing Resilience — the podcast where science meets soul, and healing starts deep in the cells. I’m Joanne Grigoriev, and here, we explore how the state of our cells influences everything. Because Resilience isn’t just a mindset — it’s a biological reality that we can nurture, starting with our cells. Let’s explore the tools, truths, and habits that lead to healthy cell restoration — so that we can thrive from our cells to our soul, family and business.
