Last week during our Q&A session in the Prep School community, I discussed with a student the growth strategies for her mini course funnel. We explored the concept of stability in an online business, focusing on low-ticket, passive income avenues. I emphasized the importance of diversifying business strategies beyond a single funnel to ensure stability and resilience against potential setbacks like ad failures or market changes. We talked about structuring a business with multiple support pillars—such as memberships, email lists, and ways that allow for scalability without demanding more time. These discussions aim to help members envision and build their "dream business," which balances revenue growth with personal commitments, especially important for those like my student who is a busy parent of twins.   These courses will be for sale next week for Black Friday!
