Show Carol some LOVE! Last week was her 3 year Trimiversary! She has lost 64 pounds and at least 64 inches!! Anxiety is drastically decreased, she has energy to keep up with her adult sons and she is forever changed!! I am so proud of my sweet cheerleader friend!!
A note from Carol:
"Girls today is my 3 year trimaversary!!! I just calculated it and that's 1,095 days completely on plan!! I can't put into words how much Coach Amy and this community have changed my life!! I am so blessed by her and my blooms buddies and all my S&H sisters!! Thank you for being there to love on me and support me. It truly means the world to me.♥️♥️♥️"
