They then take a question from Maya. Maya is a return podcast guest. She is now 26 years old and has been at her current organization for over 2.5 years. In the past couple of months, a large number of both junior and senior staff have left for many different reasons. She loves what she does yet with so many people leaving, her responsibilities have grown but her title and pay have not been adjusted. She is seeking tips for navigating through this overwhelming time that will allow her to grow with the organization. She wonders if this is a good time to ask for a promotion.
