Today I went out and enjoyed some green space (ie the outdoors) and allowed my mind the opportunity to just switch off. Now that does not come natural to me. How about you? 
What it did though was had me thinking - Why am I doing the things that I do? And the answer may surprise you, as its not about a business, or a house, etc. I do this for my family.  
I know there are so many out there who will relate to this message, who know the why they do what they do. 
So have a think. What is it? 
And I encourage you today to go out and have a walk, get amongst some greenery to admire, and pause. 
Give yourself an opportunity to connect.
