Phaidra Knight is one of only two American women inducted in the World Rugby Hall of Fame and was USA Rugby's Player of the Decade, but now in her post-playing career, she will begin her term as president of the Women’s Sports Foundation in January 2021. She discusses her athletic career as a multi-sport star, upcoming role at the WSF and how our country can better support women athletes, experiences with an intersectional identity and serving as a role model for the LGTBQ+ community as a proudly gay woman.
