Listen "CDW•Gets... Thermal Temperature Screenings"
Episode Synopsis
Joe Marquez, CDW•G Education Strategist, talks with Mike Sherwood a Field Solutions Architect (FSA) for the enhanced video surveillance team at CDW•G. In this episode we talk about the different technologies available for use on campus for daily or routine thermal temperature checks of students, staff and visitors. While there are multiple scenarios for reopening campuses this fall, one factor and guideline from many state education and health agencies seems to be weighing on many minds, checking the temperature of all who enter campuses to create a safe learning environment. In this episode we will discuss what thermal screenings are, where are the best places to set them up, and what factors can help or hinder their effectiveness. Please also see the attached visual brochure HERE for many of the thermal technology solutions discussed in the episode.
