The study found that the tailored approach did not significantly reduce the composite endpoint of death, myocardial infarction, stroke, or major bleeding at one year compared to the standard strategy. These results suggest that routine platelet function testing to guide antiplatelet therapy after complex percutaneous coronary intervention may not offer superior outcomes in high-risk patients.
