In this episode, we are in week 3 of the heart flow series, and we are talking about Toxic Tendencies. Specifically, how your relationship with your significant other can impact your heart flow and the ability to create balance between your personal and professional life.
Because we are exposed to toxic behavior so early on in our lives (check out the stats in the episode), we can easily become immune to it. So in this episode, I spell out for you what toxic tendencies look in real life and help you figure out how to move through it. 
I give you guidance on how to assess your relationship, acknowledge and accept where it's at, and give you suggested strategies to take action. As always, I share some personal experiences as well that have worked for me personally!
