Listen "WIAA- creating rules and guidelines to fit student athletes’ needs"
Episode Synopsis
TGIBPF- Thank goodness it is once more BustED Pencils Friday! That means it's time for First Downs and Friday Night Lights (or Busting Balls as Tim prefers...). Join us this week for a conversation with Mel Dow, Associate Director of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association, WIAA. Like our pal Coach Kaska, Mel lives and breathes high school athletics. He knows how much these "extra"-curricular activities enrich the school experience for the students who participate and the entire community who benefit from the events. But what about when students seek or are solicited for a little extra enrichment in the form of advertisement with their name, image, or likeness?
