Episode 1 - The Only Reality There Is Is What Is with Sophie McLean Oftentimes we feel like or find ourselves saying, “If only things were different.” The problem is that they are not, nor could they be any different. Happiness and peace of mind come when we are able to accept things as they are. Or as Sophie McLean says, “The only reality there is is what is.”   Sophie McLean is a Wisdom Teacher who has spent decades leading transformational seminars to over 80,000 people around the world. ​ She has been a helicopter pilot, a designer, a relief worker, a war refugee, and a CEO. She’s been shot at, shipwrecked, and widowed. She’s lived on a farm, a boat, a penthouse, and an ashram.
