How disciplined are you when nobody’s watching? How motivated are you to do things you hate to do?
People sometimes think I do whatever I want because I have a team and this is not entirely true. I have a team I can rely on because I spent countless hours training them on how I handle my business. That means countless hours of meetings, procedures, systems everything.
But the most important thing is, I do my part in the success of my business. I follow my calendar religiously so I can be most productive and get sh’t done!
