Today's episode is a major insight into a coaching conversation Kehla had with a client about respecting the journey towards our goals/desires/wanted outcomes in life - rather than just expressing appreciation for the end result.
Typically as a human being we get caught up in the end destiny to the point we get frustrated with the process - here's the reality check: the process is the unfolding of the end destination. That specific amount of money you're making, those number of pounds you've lost, all of dates you've been on to find your soulmate - they're all part of the end result. When we discredit or disrespect the journey, we are not in alignment or in gratitude with what we want.
