Amanda and Penny talk with Sam Currie of Okomoko, a plant based cafe based in Farnham using local produce where available, all food waste goes to a local farm rescue and they have a zero waste store inside the cafe and Jo Marshall of Sparkling Ginger who is a personal stylist and image consultant specialising in the larger woman and Dale Campbell, Dale is a trademark attorney but after joining Neals Yard she found a love for natural products which lead her to launching her own range of natural deodorants
