Episode Synopsis
In the book of Isaiah, we see the people of Israel desperately in need of a message of hope. Just like them, we need a message of hope here and now as well. In this prophecy in Isaiah, God is sending hope in Jesus, but people must be prepared so that the receive Him as the promised hope of God. This prophecy describes how God will prepare people for Jesus through the ministry of a "forerunner," John the Baptist.
