Dakota had a difficult up bringing when he was put into foster care at the age of 6. Dakota was kicked out of high school twice and was told many times he would end up in jail. Dakota used that as motivation and after high school dedicated his life to working as much as he could. He once had 3 jobs at once and later started his own landscaping business. Dakota actually made his first six figures working as as salesman at a car dealership. While he worked at the car dealership he decided to get into real estate and went through the rental side first before going deep into flipping houses. He now does 20 deals a month!
