The Great Commission is about making disciples, not just converts. In this message, Ps Andy compared the thief on the cross with the fisherman, Peter. The thief received salvation in a moment but Peter enjoyed a lifetime of walking with Jesus. Many of us desire the 'crowd experience' where we receive Jesus instantly, but discipleship is about more than moments and more than experiences. Crowds visit Jesus, whereas disciples abide in Him. Crowds go to meetings in church, whereas disciples are the church! Choose the road of the fisherman and not the thief!
