Unless you have a manual labor job, it’s important to keep your body in good shape with additional exercise. The key to exercising religiously is to find a form of exercise that you love. Think back to what you liked to do as a child. Basketball? Swimming? Running? Tennis? Maybe you took yoga in college and loved it. Maybe you rode your bike to school and had a blast.
