Amazing interview with Kimberly Stevens!
Kimberly Stevens has been in the business of keeping hope alive
through grit and gratitude in her own life for over 4 decades. Kimberly
made her first “gritty” vow at age ten when she decided to “win”
in swimming. This naïve decision eventually helped her become a
swimming All American, Big Ten Record Holder, National Champion,
and University of Iowa Hall of Fame Inductee. In addition to winning
in the pool, Kimberly has never given up in life despite tragic loss.
There are no magical formulas for enduring tragedy, but with God,
Grit and Gratitude, Kimberly believes we can endure even the toughest
storms in life. After enduring the death of her son, the life-threatening
illness of her daughter, two divorces, a custody battle, breast
cancer, and the foreclosure of her home, Kimberly has dedicated her
life to helping people become spiritually and financially prepared in
case the “big thing” happens.
Kimberly earned a B.A. from the University of Iowa and is currently
licensed to sell health and life insurance in 23 states. Her award winning
agency, Kimsurance, has been recognized as a top agency
in Orlando, Fl. Her career in health insurance began after she spent
sixteen years as a pharmaceutical sales professional learning how to
help patients find insurance coverage for their medications. Since
founding Kimsurance in 2016, Kimberly has helped countless individuals
and small groups in multiple states choose appropriate products
to ensure they are fully protected in case of an unforeseen event.
Her dream is to inspire people to hold on to hope so they will
never give up, no matter what comes their way.
When Kimberly is not working or swimming, she enjoys traveling
with her grown children, Torrey and Daniel, spending time with her
cousins in Orlando, or spending time in Naples, Fl with her mom.
She lives in Orlando, Florida with two very spoiled Schipperkes and
hopes to one day move to the beach.
