Redistricting effects communities as the voting lines are drawn following each census.  Some people are upset.  Others are unclear as to what is really happening. Depending on where you live it could vary how your district tackles the issue.  For this issue of BreakNBread we explore those options and discuss what challenges voters face in the wake of these changes. We break bread with African American President Collette Alston and Mecklenburg County Democratic Party Secretary and Ballantyne Precinct 148 Chair Janice Robinson as they take apart the redistricting issue.
