Episode Synopsis
Today we are talking about how to overcome being stuck on our way to achieving a goal. How do we keep pressing on despite the discomfort? I explain how you can train your mind to keep doing the hard things through my example of cold plunging. I discovered that life is not too different in how we can approach new things outside of our comfort zone. Those things that push us and scare us become the cold water...we can take it a little at a time until it warms up and no longer feels hard anymore. We can push through because we keep practicing this, we know that with each step we take and make it, proves to us that we can achieve it.
