Welcome to this episode of the award-winning BrandBuilders Podcast. Today, we’re joined by Nina Louise Simonini, a Charlotte native and the founder of “In Good Hands Bodywork.” 
Nina’s journey in health and wellness began at UNC Chapel Hill, where she double-majored in Exercise Sports Science and Spanish. Her passion for health led her on a pretty unique journey to entrepreneurship…  from interning at the Duke Diet and Fitness Center to conducting nutrition research and working in a hospital in Portugal. In 2022, Nina became a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, founding In Good Hands Bodywork, which offers a unique blend of focused bodywork, sports, and therapeutic massage.
