This year we celebrate the 2021 International Men's Day with Rev. Dr. Julius Weche, better known to his mentees as Daktari. Daktari is the CEO of Akad Education Group – Africa, a consulting organization that provides mentorship and value-based leadership training to youth for academic and career success, targeting upper primary, high school and college youth. We explore the topic of masculinity, with a focus on the key definition of a 'healthy' masculine man, shortfalls of men in society and ways in which young men should approach exploring their individual & unique answers to the question: what does it mean to be a man?
