I'll also discuss the false dichotomy of "good" and "bad" feelings, and how we can open ourselves up to experiencing all emotions to fully understand what it means to be human. I'll share 4 ways we usually deal with big feelings: ignoring them, buffering them, acting them out, and allowing them.
