In this episode of Bliss’n Up, I share a behind-the-scenes story of my latest podcasting mishap—my first attempt at recording both video and audio ended with a dead camera and, to my horror, a silent audio file! After a much-needed run and a reminder from my mentor Bruce Turkel that you’re not a pro until you’ve bombed, I decided to chalk it up as a rite of passage on my journey to becoming a professional podcaster. I then invite you to join me in my monthly “Live With Intention” ritual, reflecting on May’s theme of Mindfulness and how it helped me savor even the busiest moments. I open up about the areas where I slipped into autopilot (hello, messy house!) and share a fun story about getting my kids involved in summer chores.
