Kelly Kauffman is a Chief Human Capital Officer with the National Basketball Association's Milwaukee Bucks.  Kelly had held various leadership roles before joining the Bucks as Vice President of Human Resources back in 2014.  She has since seen the team win a NBA championship, grow it's brand presence both locally and internationally and spearheaded the staffing and people development of a new sports and entertainment facility.  
Most recently she helped the affiliated teams and facilities manage and navigate the impact of the pandemic.
