Poojya Swamiji describes his sadhana in the pre-sannyasa life, his meeting with Baba and how the 'deeksha' (initiation) propelled his spiritual journey to its beautiful culmination. Swamiji had overwhelming measure of Gurubhakti and earnestness towards the sadhana. This was also complemented by an intense scriptural reading and exposure.

Swamiji also enlightens us that meditation and the experience of meditation itself is not the be all and end all of spirituality. Spirituality has to be a complement to our life. The final goal is Knowledge, it is the Knowledge about the 'I'. It can only be experienced and felt. The truth that I am 'I' always is to be deeply comprehended.
