In the first segment of this episode, Andy and Carlos start off by chatting about the past week's SU Athletics action, including Softball's two sweeps over Mansfield and Bowie State, Women's Basketball's scrimmage against IUP, and Women's Lacrosse's Wednesday action against Kutztown. After that, they preview the upcoming events of the week and weekend. Finally, they close the first segment with Carlos' Quote of the Week. 
In the second segment, Senior Women’s Golfer Serafina Maerten brings Ram Nation the second installment of her New Team on the Green miniseries, which examines the creation of the Women’s Golf Program here at Shepherd. In part 2, Serafina chats with Head Men's and Women's Golf Coach Chuck Ingram, and gets his perspective on the creation of the team and what it means to the Ram community.
