For this week’s story, we go to Keene, New Hampshire, a small college town, where in 2019 a Vietnamese restaurant with a very creative, and turns out controversial name, was opening up.  If you are familiar with Vietnamese food, you know all about Pho, which is pronounced “Fuh.”  And as I mentioned, the restaurant is located in Keene, New Hampshire.  Hence, the owners decided to name it Pho Keene Great!This led to a big controversy that turned into an international news story!
