In this Best Possible Taste interview we return to Airfield Estate, an urban farm and organic garden in South Dublin to meet CEO Claire McEvilly to find out more about her vision for Airfield.

Airfield Estate is a leading Dublin tourist attraction and Dublin’s sustainable food hub - a place where people can reconnect with where their food comes from.  Claire is a public health nutritionist by background. Before joining Airfield, she worked in communications roles in the UK and Ireland for various organisations including the British Nutrition Foundation, the University of Cambridge, UCD and global food multinational Danone. She is a former member of the Safefood Advisory Board – one of the all-island bodies, Strategic Advisor to BLab Ireland and Chair of the Advisory Board All Ireland Science Media Centre.
