When we focus on the negative, we forget the promises God has made to us. A bad way of thinking that makes us believe we will fail; that bad things will happen to us; or that we are not a very good person is stinky thinking. But Paul tells us in Philippians 4:8 NLT, "And now, dear brothers ans sisters, one thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and amirable.
