Have you ever wondered how your expectations are ruining your life?
 
In this episode, I explore how my expectations have been feeding my need to control my life. Whether it's in my career, family life, or friendships - my expectations have led me to experience so much personal conflict. Internal and external.
The inspiration for this episode came to me recently from chatting with friends. One friend can't figure out what to do because her husband expects her to help him run his business, while another friend expects people to think like her. Both friends are constantly angry and disappointed that people seem to fail them.
Ever have one of those days? I have!!! So why do we do this to ourselves? Why do we expect others to be just like us? Or expect our husbands to be our knights in shining armor when he doesn't even own a metal suit?
