This week Clare Edmondson (founder of Changing Behaviour UK LTD, SEMH/SEN specialist, leader and teacher) is joined by Jason Boucher who is Lecturer in Engineering Maintenance for Sheffield college teaching level 3 BTEC and EAL units to Apprentices. Jason has been a teacher of all sorts since 2002, and have spent his life fixing aeroplanes for 23 years in the RAF. He has himself in the teaching profession such that it is my vocation.
