About the events:
These  retreats will be fitness training camps that are destination based,  timed around nearby athletic events (OCR this year) and focused on  taking your mental game to the next level! Each retreat will be  specially designed to honor the warrior nation of that region and to  connect with the local culture. On site training from experts in the  Obstacle Course Racing field, a team to run with, recovery and fitness  injury experts will all be on staff and included in the price!
