On this week's episode, we catch up with special guest Ed Johnstone (2:52). Johnstone played for the Vernon Essos from 1970-1972, then went on to play 12 years in the NHL with the New York Rangers and Detroit Red Wings. He eventually returned to the BCHL to coach the Vernon Lakers for four years from 1988 to 1992.

We also speak with Wenatchee Wild forward Cade Littler (21:54) who was just listed on NHL Central Scouting's Midterm Rankings and was also named the December High School player of the Month in the BCHL.
