I wanted to do this because we are living in a time where more people are conscious of the foods they eat. However, being just one step to having a healthier lifestyle. Vegetable oils are a good source of fat that can help the body. Vegetable oils help decrease your risk of heart disease by lowering your LDL cholesterol and increasing your HDL cholesterol. In short, vegetable oil can help with your heart and can help you live long when added to your diet. I hope this episode can help someone out there who may be struggling to get their health in order.
