Jesus's vision in Revelation ends with life.  It concludes with His promise of His return.  The final words are the cry of the human heart for Jesus to come and save us. The Apokalypsis is the beginning and the end of God's answer to our dilemma as followers of Jesus.  It is connected with Genesis, which begins with the creation of life.  In the darkness of Adam's sin, we receive God's promise of salvation.  This becomes the search and cry of evey soul born. Revelation takes us to heaven and back to earth.  We are given the glimpse of the human struggle for life throughout time.  It depicts the battles we face against the backdrop of heaven where Jesus reigns in the onder and glory of His creation redeemed by His blood.  Jesus is the only answer.
