In this episode, we look into a book called "The 4 Agreements" and a principle in it that says to 'be impeccable with your word'.  We discuss how important this is in not only how to talk to others, but talk to yourself as well as how you receive words from others.  Many times, words we receive draw from how we heard those words growing up and how we react to them now.  We discuss how through awareness, we can begin to clean up those soundbites in our lives to not have as much a negative effect as they may once have had.
