Introduction Personal Introduction Hello, my name is Catalino De Arco Blanco, I am currently enrolled in the training program with the file number 3070333.My instructor is Nestor Jose Bravo, and the name of this activity is:"Academic and Work Context: Flexibility, Leadership, and Responsibility."   Trajectory, Plans, Actions, and Solution v  I would like to share a brief opinion about my academic and professional trajectory, including my future plans, current actions, and possible solutions in my context. v  I started my academic journey in logistics, where I’ve been learning about warehouse operations, inventory control, and international trade. In my current job at Gestión Cargo, I work as a logistics technician and forklift operator. v  If I continue studying and gaining experience, I will have more opportunities for leadership and professional growth. v  I’m currently taking responsibility for my learning process and making decisions to improve both my academic and work performance. For example, if I organize my time better, I can complete my training modules and still be productive at work. v  If I had studied this field earlier, I might have reached a higher position by now, but I am motivated to keep progressing v  I believe that being flexible and adaptable helps me face unexpected challenges. I have learned to take initiative, work under pressure, and be part of a team.
