I must meet my deadlines to maintain good performance, and I should communicate clearly with my team. I believe that being proactive and respectful are key attitudes that help me succeed at work. In my academic life, I have to attend all my classes and study at least two hours every evening. I must submit assignments by their due dates, and I should participate actively in discussions. I believe that continuous learning and asking questions when something is unclear are fundamental beliefs for my growth.
