Listen "How to Help Kids Deal with Bullying Authority Figures"
Episode Synopsis
It's back to school season, starting 9 more months of classes, clubs, sports, and extracurricular activities.
Sadly with all the good times will also come bad times, and school is a time we're all accustomed to hearing about when bullying rears its ugly head in prominence.
What we DON'T hear about as often is when the bullying comes from the authority figures kids are supposed to be under, an unfortunate phenomenon that happens far too often. This can leave many kids and parents feeling helpless; teachers and sports coaches in particular can hold a lot of authority over kids without many options to switch if it feels like a bad match.
In this recording of a live broadcast from Spring 2022, Jerry and Jonathan delve into what we can do to help kids through these difficult situations.
